From conversation to completed work, in four steps.
The Nervus System connects your work. Nodis, the AI assistant powered by it, helps you act on it. Here is how the two fit together, then the four steps from a conversation to completed work.
One connected workspace. An assistant that sees the bigger picture.
Your work doesn't happen in isolation. Meetings produce decisions, decisions become tasks, tasks move forward over email. When that context is scattered across tools, connecting the dots falls on you.
The Nervus System brings your work together. Nodis, your AI assistant, uses that connected context to help you see relationships, think clearly and move forward.

- 2The Nervus System connects itEvery item keeps its links to the others
- 3Nodis helps you act on itAnswers, preparation and next steps
You agreed to pilot with three clients starting November 3, in the Onboarding Portal Kickoff on Oct 6. Still open: confirming data-retention terms with Legal (OPL-3, Elena), last discussed by email on Oct 12.
The Nervus System The platform behind your connected workWhat is The Nervus System?
The platform behind your connected work.
One place for your projects, tasks, documents, meetings, decisions and email, with the links between them kept: which meeting a task came from, which project a decision belongs to, which email moved the work forward.
What is Nodis?
Your AI assistant, powered by The Nervus System.
Ask questions, prepare for your next meeting, trace a decision back to where it was made and turn what was said into tasks and drafts. Answers come with sources you can check, and Nodis works within the limits you set.
Why they work better together
Context turns answers into next steps.
An assistant that sees one file or one question at a time can only summarize. Because Nodis draws on how your work is connected, it can tell you what was decided, where, what's still open and who owns it.
Your work, connected. Your next move, clearer.
Sign in and connect your tools
Sign in with your Google or Microsoft work account — no new password. A short setup connects your calendar and meeting platforms, and can import existing projects and documents so Nervus starts with context.
- Google Calendar & Meet and Zoom
- Sync projects from Jira, Asana or Notion, and Google Drive folders
- Choose your Agent Authority level up front
Nodis captures the conversation
Send the notetaker to a Meet or Zoom call, have Nodis ask before each call on your calendar (or join on its own, if you allow it), or record any call — Teams and in-person included — from your computer. When the call ends, Nodis writes the summary, decisions and action items for you.
- Notetaker joins only on platforms you've turned on
- Transcripts and summaries saved to Meetings
- Linked to the projects and people involved
You review what it prepared
Suggested tasks, reminders and updates arrive in your inbox with the context behind them. Approve them as they are, edit the details, or dismiss them. Nothing consequential happens without a yes.
- Every suggestion shows where it came from
- Approve, edit or dismiss in one click
- Fine-tune what can skip the queue over time
Work follows through — and Nodis learns
Approved items land on the right project with owners and dates. Reports refresh, tomorrow's briefing picks up where today left off, and every meeting adds to a knowledge base you can simply ask.
- Tasks, boards and reports stay current
- Daily briefing with prep for upcoming meetings
- Ask questions across everything, with sources
Five levels. You choose.
The overall level sets a default. Each individual action can still be allowed, set to ask first, or switched off — whatever the level.
Observe
Reads what you've authorized and answers questions. Changes nothing.
Suggest
Recommends next steps, but never makes a change itself.
Prepare
Drafts tasks, reports, updates and reminders for your approval.
Act within limits
Performs specific, low-risk actions you've pre-authorized.
Higher autonomy
Runs broader approved workflows inside the boundaries you set.
Good questions, straight answers.
Will the notetaker join meetings without me knowing?
No. The notetaker is off until you turn it on for a platform — Google Meet or Zoom — and you choose whether it joins a single meeting, a recurring series or all of your meetings. It joins as a visible participant.
Can Nodis change my calendar or my Zoom meetings?
No. Calendar and meeting connections are read-only. Nodis uses them to show what's coming up and prepare you for it; it never edits, moves or cancels anything.
How do I sign in?
With your existing Google or Microsoft account. The first time you sign in, Nervus creates your account for you; after that, the same button takes you straight to your workspace.
What happens to work I import from other tools?
Imported projects, tasks and documents keep a record of where they came from, with a link back to the original. Re-importing skips anything already brought over and never overwrites the labels or links you've added in Nervus.
How much can Nodis do on its own?
Exactly as much as you allow. Most teams start at Prepare, where Nodis drafts and you approve. You can raise or lower the level at any time and set individual actions to allowed, ask first, or off.
Ready when your next meeting is.
Set up takes a few minutes. Sign in, connect your calendar, and let Nodis take the notes on your very next call.
