Features

Everything between “let's follow up” and done.

The Nervus System brings meetings, projects, documents and answers into one workspace, with an assistant that prepares the next step and waits for your go-ahead.

Meetings

A notetaker that actually takes notes.

Turn on the notetaker for Google Meet or Zoom and send it to any call, or have Nodis ask before each call on your calendar, or join them on its own if you allow it. For Teams or in-person meetings, record from your computer or upload a recording or transcript. Either way you get a transcript with speakers, a summary, the decisions made and who owes what.

  • Asks "Send notetaker?" before each call, or joins on its own when you allow it
  • Record Teams and in-person calls, or upload a file
  • Review screen to confirm action items before they become tasks

Dana — Great. Then we lock the cutover date on Friday.

Ask Nodis

Ask a question. Get the answer and the receipts.

“What did we decide about the cutover?” “What's on my calendar tomorrow?” Nodis searches your meetings, projects and documents and answers in plain language, citing exactly where it found each piece.

  • Answers grounded in your own work, with sources
  • Understands your projects, people and calendar
  • Turn an answer into a task, report or draft
What did we decide about the cutover?
The team agreed to lock the cutover date on Friday, once Priya delivers the data-mapping sheet (Wednesday) and Marcus completes order-management UAT (Thursday).

Projects, tasks & reports

Projects that keep themselves current.

Approved action items land on the right project with an owner and a due date. Boards, My Tasks and reports update as work moves — and projects sync in from Jira, Asana or Notion, with edits in Nervus going back to the tool first.

  • Boards, lists and a personal My Tasks view
  • Report builder for status and progress dashboards

Knowledge

Your team's memory, organized for you.

Documents, SOPs and meeting history live together and link to the projects they belong to. Open any file right inside Nervus, or write Word-style documents with autosave and version history. Nodis reads them so you don't have to go hunting — and so new teammates can get up to speed on their own.

  • Folders and files synced from Google Drive
  • Every imported item keeps a link back to where it came from
  • Search in plain language across files and meetings

Agent Authority

Powerful by default. Never presumptuous.

Pick one of five authority levels, from Observe to Higher Autonomy, then set each action — read meetings, create tasks, move deadlines, join meetings — to allowed, ask first, or never. Below level 4, anything that changes your work waits in your Inbox for a yes. At level 4 and up, what you allow happens on its own, within limits, and every step can be undone.

  • Settings saved with your account and followed everywhere Nodis works
  • An activity log of what Nodis did, prepared or held back, and why, with Undo
  • A daily limit, Pause on every page, and nothing deleted or sent outside Nervus
